COCO 2026 has a manifesto:

 

TO STAND IS TO

PUSH BACK

Before choreography, before performance, the body is already in resistance, pushing against gravity, pressing into space, negotiating weight. Every breath is defiance, expanding against pressure.

For October 2026, COCO is pushing in new directions. Our opening night will be a fundraising gala for charity, with a fashion show that reinterprets iconic modern and contemporary dance costumes of Trinidad and Tobago. That night will also include dance performances. Then the next two nights will shine with dance talent from the Caribbean and from across the globe.
